General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the xbj ae platform, including the website at xbjae.net, all associated mobile-optimised pages, the sportsbook, casino games lobby, live casino, payment cashier, and any other services offered under the xbjae brand (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and xbjae ("We", "Us", "Our", "the Company"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

xbjae reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact our support team to request account closure.

These Terms are written in English. Where any translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any ambiguity or conflict. The Platform is operated in English and all official communications, account notices, bonus terms, and support interactions are conducted in English.

Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. The Platform is made available to players in Bangladesh on a best-efforts basis. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using an online gambling platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account. xbjae makes no representations that use of the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All transactions on the xbjae Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). xbjae supports the following approved deposit and withdrawal methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit and may be updated from time to time.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your xbjae account within minutes. Where a delay occurs, please contact support before initiating a second deposit attempt.
• xbjae does not charge a deposit processing fee. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which xbjae bears no responsibility.
• Deposits made using credit facilities (credit cards, credit-line features within mobile wallets) are accepted but we strongly encourage players to only deposit funds they can afford to lose.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit into the same account, and which is registered in the same name as the xbjae account.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be approved. Players who have not yet submitted identity documents will be prompted to do so upon requesting a withdrawal.
• xbjae aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays (including Eid), or where additional verification is required.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier. Withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus wagering requirements that have not yet been fully met cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering conditions are satisfied.
• xbjae reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend the processing period. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to an extended review.

Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

xbjae is committed to providing a fair, safe, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

Prohibited Actions

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an account. Using a false identity or submitting forged documentation during KYC.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker, live dealer games, or tournament formats.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of automated software to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or abuse bonus offers.
• Exploiting Technical Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors in the sportsbook to make bets that would not have been available under normal operating conditions. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origins of illegally obtained money.
• Multi-Accounting: Operating more than one xbjae account simultaneously or sequentially, or registering a new account following a permanent self-exclusion or enforced closure.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your bank or payment provider in bad faith. Any account subject to a chargeback investigation will be suspended pending resolution.

Game Integrity

Account Suspension & Closure

xbjae reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so. The following non-exhaustive circumstances may lead to account action:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 5 of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• A request by law enforcement, regulatory bodies, or financial crime investigation authorities.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity associated with the account.
• Confirmed status as a person under 18 years of age.
• The player's own voluntary closure request submitted to [email protected].

Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your xbjae account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and your remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Effect of Closure

Following permanent account closure, the email address, phone number, payment methods, and personal details associated with the closed account may not be used to register a new xbjae account. This restriction applies absolutely in cases where the closure resulted from a self-exclusion request or a Terms violation. Any attempt to circumvent this restriction constitutes a further breach of these Terms.

Liability, Disputes & Miscellaneous

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xbjae's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. xbjae shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm, even if xbjae has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

xbjae is not liable for losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet connectivity failures, power outages, third-party payment processing delays, natural disasters, civil unrest, or government action. Where a game session is interrupted due to a technical failure, xbjae will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore the session or void the round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance.

Intellectual Property

All content on the xbjae Platform — including logos, game graphics, interface designs, written copy, and software — is the intellectual property of xbjae or its licensed partners. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from xbjae.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the xbjae service, please contact our support team in the first instance via live chat or by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 10 business days. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed entirely if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus terms communicated to you at the time of any promotional offer, constitute the entire agreement between you and xbjae with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior discussions, representations, and agreements.
