- Weekly Deposit Limit: The maximum amount in ৳ you can deposit within a rolling 7-day period measured from the day you set the limit.
- Monthly Deposit Limit: The maximum amount in ৳ you can deposit within a rolling 30-day period. This is the most commonly used limit type for longer-term budget management.
- Reducing a Limit: Any reduction to an existing deposit limit takes effect immediately. If you set a ৳10,000 weekly limit down to ৳5,000, the lower limit applies from the moment you confirm the change.
- Increasing a Limit: Any increase to an existing deposit limit is subject to a mandatory 24-hour review period before it comes into effect. This cooling-off period is intentional — it ensures that decisions to increase limits are not made impulsively during an active session.
How Loss Limits Work
A loss limit places a ceiling on the net amount you can lose within a defined period. "Net loss" is calculated as total deposits made during the period minus total withdrawals made during the same period. If your net loss reaches the limit you have set, further gameplay will be suspended for the remainder of the period. Loss limits follow the same reduction/increase rules as deposit limits.
Self-Exclusion & Time-Out
